Please forward details of ALL of your family members. The family register document which you have submitted does not cover all of the details below. It is not necessary to list deceased family members. Family includes biological and adoptive parents, and full, half, step and adopted brothers and sisters. This applies to all family members, whether or not they are included in your application. Details must include the following for each family member:

family name (surname)

given names (first name/s)

gender

date of birth

partnership status

relationship to you

country of residence.

我想请问下你是要我写上我爸妈的资料吗？我家就我一个小孩我爸妈的资料不是在我出生证明上有吗?移民局具体是要什么呀？是要我写给他我爸妈的资料吗？

照要求填你父母的资料就好了
你的出生证明里又没有父母的出生年月信息，而且移民局也懒得从你的出生证明里把这些资料一点点抠出来不是？（其他申请人可能还有兄弟姐妹的信息要填，所以移民局专门整个表，算是资料备份吧，有人说是做NSC用的，我不清楚啥用途）
