how is college Rd in Northcote? Is it a good street?

离northcote shopping mall 很近

单数那边都有city 和海景，交通方便。生活也方便。

There are many new properties built in Tonar Street, is that mean those properties are cheap as well since it is even closer to state houses?

这条街华人多，学生多，Tonar street 那边有些乱，但住公屋的连条狗都不能随便养的，现在毒品贩子都在bay那边了租房了，而且都在富人区里，看看前一段时间的新闻吧。

这条街距离购物中心很近，但是附近公屋比较多

Tonar 那条街不是一般的公屋街，要说公屋哪个区没有，但是tonar那是罪犯的幼儿园啊，常看英文报就知道了。北岸northcote那么方便的地区，却是比较不方便的街区才贵，都是因为这个街。college rd也有好多岛毛，但是性质完全两样，college rd上有毛利人保留地，毛利人在那里根基深而已，街上气氛还是很正常的。遗憾的是地理位置离Tonar太近，坏蛋们过来太容易，这也是northcote中心的房价不高的原因。College rd不是好的街，但也不是非常差，是一般本分穷人住的。Northcote的好街都在向西，往山上走的那片，还有向南在高速口附近，全部都离商业区很远，而且基本上都有海景。college rd 的海景很勉强的，跟那些街区的开阔海景不能比的。
