"Warning: To all people connected with Fonteyn Village
This is to inform you that the developer, Xiang Yun Developments Limited, does not own the rights to the engineering designs and plans for the scheme that is Fonteyn Village and as is being built. The company’s director Mr Han has deliberately refused to pay the engineers who designed the scheme, despite an agreement to do so. There are legal proceedings to recover the money but notice is given that the developer cannot sell what they do not own.
