         Health Certificate Details                   Below is the status of your most recent Immigration Health Certificate:

	Certificate Type	Date Received	Status
	Full Medical	10 May 2012	Received

When your health certificate status has expired, Immigration New Zealand will request another health certificate from you.

很奇怪!!我的体检表明明是2011年签STUDENT VISA交的! 2012年5月的时候签了WORK VISA ! 体检日期就变成2012年了!
