I know through a friend working in telecom that alot of IT job will be cut, anyone been affected by this ?
seriously alot of these telecom IT people gets very high pay, 120k to 180k base salary !

这个。。。感觉影响应该不小，就算不在里面工作的，市场上多了一些人在找工作，要跳槽就更难咯。。。哎

其实资历够高的话，被裁员是好事，拿着几个月的补偿金去找工作，对他们来说要找到工作应该也不难

yes,, i think alot of people from telecom will enter the open market for high end jobs this year

yes, some project managers, some enterprise architect etc

4 month redundency pay,, so its not bad, but they will unlikely find job with same pay level

btw most of the senior IT engineers are paid between 80-120k TOTAL package. I will be surprise if there are many on base salary in the range 120k-180k (not engineers anyway). I know of quite a few that are getting laid off, they are pretty much doing a 15% cut out of all teams.

telecom庞大而臃肿的的身体终于承受不住了，telecom很多人都是拿钱不干事的，尤其是经理和架构师，每天喝咖啡打屁聊天转发邮件，出了事就给下面的人擦屁股。凡是能爬上去的不是技术能力好的，而是会扯淡能白活开会可以滔滔不绝讲几个小时的，所以阿三上位特别快。

惠灵顿啊？天气还不错啊，前阵子有点缺水，不过现在好了，反正水也不要钱；房价也还稳定，基本cv加3万能搞定；交通状况还行，有条隧道很堵，老问题了；市中心一块保留地做球场，堵塞了交通，不知道他妈谁给设计的！！！

Telecom以后大部分都外包给大公司了。所以底层的Developer能走都走了。
