Failed to stop, it's their fault. But you are dealing the rental company's insurance company, so you should go straight to their insurance company, not the rental car company.
I would still say a full insurance is very convenient....I just had my car write off after I got hit from back with 80k speed...and I got the payment 1 week after the accident. The person who hit me is a dao/mao, they have no insurance...we got the cops to do the report and then on our insurance company deal with the person at fault...I only need to contact my own insurance company...So I think think full insurance is well spent... and if it's not your fault, you don't need to pay excess to ur insurance company anways, but your insurance company will contact the other side for u...and they are a lot stronger than us consumers作者: kiwisowyf 时间: 2013-4-17 11:27:11
