Does anyone know Bayview area in north shore? Is that a good area or not. Thanks.

比glenfield远一点，差一点，但是比birkedale之类好一点。

非常不方便吧？非常非常。beach heaven和birkdale还有新码头可以解决点交通问题，这个bay view咋办？窝在里头。靠近glenfield road的那一小块还可以。

价钱相对便宜，离mall也不算太远，到city有公车，治安没啥问题，岛毛不多，一般地都是斜坡。很多第一次买房的都在那边，在路边偶尔能看到华人老人散布。当然升值也没那么快。

Yea, a property I am happy with is behind james st. It looks not too bad and too far from google map, but just no city or sea view.

in north shore, there are 3B people don't buy:
1) bayview
2) birkdale
3) beach haven.

BUT, everywhere else in north shore are reaching new high, the 3B become gd buy.
