I borrowed 400k, that's the deal from my broker for my first home loan.
Got a little disappointed. Am I expecting too much ?

borrowed 410k, 2600 cash back, 4.80 for 1year or 4.95 for 2 years. Not the best one but better than you.

is it with anz? may i know who you were using? bank manager or broker?

Through a broker, loan is with ANZ, locked about 2 weeks ago, 1 day before last NZRB review. Dont know if they changed after that or just you didnt get good deal.

我是ANZ转WESTPAC银行，借240K，别人介绍WESTPAC account manager，cashback 2900，不过还要自己PAY LAWER，一年FIX 4.94，1天批好
