听说假如要装厨房的话，要交20k左右的development contribution费用，council真会收钱啊。

一般改都还可以，只要一加厨房就完全不一样了，而且好像很多是批不下来的，给钱也没戏。

为什么我朋友说她找的builder报价改建车库，除了设计费和报批费不包括，说最高都没超过15000的改建费？？？然后之前我自己找建筑公司，35平方的报批改建，要4万+的预算，还不包括报批费，觉得这行也能差价那么大吗。。。

did the builder quote for your drafts plan or quote by looking at the garage? They can't quote accurately without seeing the drafts plan. Get more tradespeople to quote on it.

朋友说两个是电话说大概情况的，一个是来到现场看过之后报价的，都是12000-15000，但是设计费和报批费是要我朋友自己另外找的。

我现在想等她过阵子弄好我再看看，还好之前没找那个4万+的，不然真的2万能搞定不就亏惨了

make sure the company your friend would use to issue a detailed quote on why they charge that amount of money.
