Wilkinson's English Language School can be an option for your friend. They will be able to pay more attention to you as the group will be smaller, as in 3-5 in a group. Hope that helps :) Likewise, CPIT , CCEL , Canterbury or Lincoln are one of the options for your friend to study English :)
