Basically jdm my01 & my02 cars didn't use the wrx name for whatever marketing
reasons, saloons were nb's & wagons were 20k's, just means our cars are not a
special edition.
If i've got it right the main difference from a uk wrx is a more powerful engine due
to having variable valve timing on the inlet valves and of course the tiptronic gearbox!
It's the semi auto box that makes our cars quite rare in the uk
