请问各位，如果子女的工资刚刚涨到可以满足家庭收入9万的标准，至少要打几个月的税再申请比较合适呢？刚过9万的话是不是风险比较大？比如9万1？我也知道越多越好，但是。。。

法律說9萬就是9萬 90001就行了。。。至於要交多久，我覺得至少要reasonable吧，要不移民局會起疑，總不是好事情

没所谓你获得了多久，只看移民局审查你的时候你是不是还在那个岗位上

no matter how long have your payment has reached the 90000, my situation is same as you, i help my mother in law to apply the resident, it is processing now, it is take 3month to select from EOI, then you prepare your documents, then they will process it, it pretty fast under tier one.
