请问大神，1.担保人那个三年pr的意思是从拿到pr开始算？还是贴条开始算？

2.我见有人从新西兰递交的，这个需要申请人在新西兰吗？

1)新政策是5年擔保，從貼紙後第一次入境後算
2）不需要，EOI目前也只能寄來奧克蘭

If you are the parent(s) of a New Zealand citizen or resident, who has been a New Zealand resident for at least three years, you may be eligible to join them in New Zealand under our Parent Category.
这不是说三年吗？

我以為你說擔保父母呢。
你說這種三年是從你收到final approval那封信那天算。。。跟貼紙應該一樣時間才是

哎呀，我可能没说明白，我意思是从拿到pr那天开始三年呢，还是2年后正式贴条后的三年...
