買個房子。中介介紹的那個BUIDER啥也和沒有檢查出來。報告只有四頁。實在不放心就從別的城市再找了個公司做檢查。結果檢查出不少問題。
下面這個問題是用紅筆寫的報告。請問這個嚴重麼？修理一下要多少錢啊。賣家只同意降價1000刀。我總覺的不夠呢。請大家幫看一下是哪裡的問題。謝謝了。
