没有选上的可以在POOL里待6个月，6个月之后如果还是没有选上才会被踢出POOL重新SUBMIT。

但是目前来看， ...

谢谢啦，哪里可以看到T1 都选上了呀。更新还是上次的28AUG13。
August 2013 draw

A selection of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) under the Parent Category took place on 16 August 2013. There were 1,713 places available in this selection and all the places were filled with Tier One EOIs. No existing applications or Tier Two EOIs were selected.
