heard their commission is more expensive than other company. So end up the same.

low marketing fee, higher commission. furthermore is a small company.

其实我觉得他们卖的房子对卖家来说价钱不错。可能也要看区和中介

华人多数都想省marketing的费用,LJ这个宣传很对华人的胃口.同时华人算术又都不错,最后加上commission一算,我靠!

有些中介，只要你给他/她房源，帮你卖房都不要屋主出什么费用的（包括市场营销和拍卖费用），因为房子卖掉后，和收的中介费来比较，那些只不过是一些小费用了
