400k ( flexi- loan) cash back $2000. discount interest (0.5 less) from advertised rate

not very good cash back, but not going to use the loan, just stand by and get some cash back.

westpac give more cash back then others, but their services is pretty sh*t. you can get $5-6k from westpac.

I am sick of WP too...ran away from it in 2010, when the interest was 9.3%. The penalty was terrible!!!
