at work, cannt type chinese {:8_384:}

I am wondering how long does it take to issue a new property title. CCC was issued.
does anyone know? PLZ HELP

Have you received the 224c certificate from the Council? You will need to get a 224c certificate from the Council to enable to get a new title from Land information NZ. CCC is for a certificate for a building consent, nothing to do with the new title.

what is 224c certificate ? I believe the vendor has lodged a new title application.

lol... I'm sure you know what's nz immigration like, same theory applies to other parts of nz
