这样的房子自住是相当不划算吧！每年的交费就要一万。

投资房可以买leasehold的房子吗？

漏水房，你選擇修整的時間，規模，花了錢，房子立馬升值。
在別人土地上的房子，加不加價，加多少，別人說了算，你交完錢，房子依舊年年貶值。

a lot of properties in china are leasehold.... just that there is no annual rent.

用国内的心理来看这里的房子是很危险的。就像土豪们来这里一看，30几万就能买到国内几百万的terrace house，赶紧全款买下，后来才发现买了漏水的plaster房子

nothing about buying leasehold property here in nz which is not encouraged.....

just for argument sake about the nature of leasehold.

• Lessee pays regular ground rent.
• Conditions sometimes apply for house upkeep.

Freehold title

• More common than leasehold.
• Homeowner owns house and land.
• No ongoing obligations to pay any other parties.
• Freehold title may become leasehold to provide rental income following sale of the buildings.

这里买房子实际上是在买地地才是保值增值的买LEASEHOLD 那是钱多没地方花哇

LEASEHOLD的地不是自己的,房子每年贬值,只有土地才有升值的可能性,为嘛每年交了租金买贬值的东东啊?

我看到lease字眼的都不买。。比如cross lease跟leasehold..

这说明有些NZ的生意人太天真太贪心。好了，屋主吓跑了，没人要了，没收入了，又想以官司来压人，人家就没法还那7万三的地税。自己打破自己的金旦。idiot.

body corp 没那么严重吧，我感觉挺好的，有人替你打理，有问题负责维修，交钱就可以了。不是很省心，很适合投资的吗？
