大家对这一带的房子怎么看？有什么小学和中学？还是henderson好？

Glen Eden现在房价也不便宜。Henderson大了，你要看具体哪一块。其实我觉得Glen Eden靠近Titirangi那一块也不错啊。如Pleasant Rd.....关键还是看哪条街吧。
中学Glen Eden Intermediate 8分,小学有Kauriland School 8分

Glen Eden is good area to live in, people are quite friendly. house prices are affordable. reasonably big land. Good for investment and rent it out.
