有人有类似经历吗？谢谢！

building consent 是在造之前apply的. 造完sign off后是CCC

你如果先造, 造的一定要bc 但是你没有申请, 那你造的是unauthorized building work 那个时候你只能apply for letter of acceptance

consent批了才能盖，不能反过来

申请letter of acceptance有多大几率被批？有多大几率康首会拒绝你然后让你拆掉？
