想用skype发一个“video message", 怎么做啊该？

after downloading the skype software, connect with camera (ignore if with built in camera at laptop, notebook, tablet, smartphone etc.), register, log in with password, then follow the using instructions should be ok.......good luck....

I've got a skype in my computer . But I didn't know how to do the "video message"
