本人已经完成生育任务，但是体质不适合带环，求JM们告知一种副作用较小可以长期服用的避孕药.避孕套的方法我也知道，因为本人月经周期不太正常，也想靠避孕药调整一下，不至于日期总是提前或者退后

請去資詢家庭醫生或family planning,處方藥不能用「聽說」來決定，不是每個人都適合combine pills.

Yaz or Yasmin有較高的VTE risks,沒有任何藥是完美的哦，政府補助的藥都是medsafe批准，安全性都是很高，且每人體質不一樣，病史不一樣，請不要以訛傳訛，亂吃處方藥，請去看家醫或family planning,我們護士醫生會依妳個人情況跟妳分析評估

Yes it has 6 times VTE risks, compared to people not using combined pills.... The risk is always there as long you are on it. Unfortunately no medicine is without any side effects. But if we don't use or apply any contraception method, the "side effect" is chance of unplanned pregnancy.

There are Durex, Marquis, Gold Knight, Shield available on prescription... If you are wanting more variety, you can purchase at chemist, super market or adult shops

It is not funded in New Zealand, plus it has 6 times VTE risks compared to people not using the pills. People should be aware of all possible side effect. But also need to weigh up the benefits and harms.
Please discuss with GP or Family Planning

You should see GP or Family Planning doctor about ur irregular period first if that's ur concern... But nobody gets their period same day every month, haha.
There are other contraceptive methods such as implant (Jadelle), Mirena, Depo Provera, emergency contraception pills, or....
How about husband has vasectomy? Or you could consider tubal ligation as well, if u want minimal side effect.
Even John Key had vasectomy!

Oops I read it too fast....There are loads of brands for pills, depending if you want funded/fully subsidized ones or not.
Family Planning can prescribe all brands available in NZ, but of course doctors or nurses will recommend which one will be more suitable for you according to ur family history and medical history. Also you have to take the prescription to the pharmacy, and get your pills from pharmacy....
Subsidized oral contraception includes: Ava 30, Ava 20, Norimin, Brevinor-1, Ginet-84 and Noriday.
Not subsidized pills are too many....haha as long as it's available in NZ...eg Levlen, Mercilon, Marvelon, Microgynon, Cerazette, etc....too many!

是不是最好的不知道，但是我以前吃了3年的这个，没见有啥副作用，我以前看过一个洋人论坛，号称这个里面用的某种激素是最贴近人体自身分泌的，所以我就吃的这个。

吃藥後的月經都不是「真的」月經。。。。請你務必跟家庭醫生或Family Planning詳細討論

你只要不停吃,只要是吃Yasmin的一天就有六倍的血栓機率。。。這是你看不到的副作用，也不見得每個醫生都會跟你解釋。其他combine pills有3-4倍機率，還有8倍機率的，醫生應該要幫你選擇合適的，病人也應該知道這些「看不到」的副作用。
你可以吃這個combine pills, 不代表別人也可以吃，所以它才需要處方簽啊。血栓是可能導致心臟病或中風，甚至死亡。去年底紐西蘭才有一個case,當然那位病人也有其他病史，加上吃combine pills,血栓機率更加高。
所以請不要推薦處方藥，尤其是combine pills。。。
現在沒有研究顯示combine pills會導致change in weight, mood, nausea, headache, breast tenderness, or libido，很多「看得見」的副作用大部份是其他因素引起，不是避孕藥。。。

开始吃以后我就是第一个月每天都有少量流血。第二个周期就开始正常了，一直就是三年每到那个周期就来，很准。这个是处方药，你还是要根据家庭医生的意见服用。
