is that normal for small car or all logo series not good at all????

depends, i got a logo manual 97, drives good and not loud.. and it's already 160kms

my car is auto, only 98kms, need change the cam belt soon

U RIGHT, NEARLY 1000KMS, BUT THE ENGINEER SAID NOT THE BELT MAKING NOISE, HE ALSO SAID NEED TO CHANGE MANY PARTS, BUT WILL CAUSE A LOT

what is 'tappet', i can hear the noise is from the engine, it will be less when i drive on highway

valve clearance. Every car got spec，normally when idling got tic tic noise. I guss its not cambelt related，but suggest u go to workshop do further check. However its a old car..condition can not to be brand new.
