Video captures Courier Post workers kicking parcels

A Courier Post contractor in the Waikato region will be spoken to after a video was posted on Facebook that apparently shows employees kicking and throwing parcels.

A NZ Post spokeswoman said the company was alerted to the video yesterday.

"It's absolutely unacceptable," she said today.

"We are investigating the video, and we have identified the contractor involved."

The video, filmed in Waikato yesterday shows at least four men wearing Courier Post uniforms and three Courier Post vans.

One man is seen apparently kicking a parcel, and another roughly throwing parcels out of a van on to the pavement.

我们过去1个月有2台笔记本被courier post摔坏了。过往10年里我们总共也就只有2台笔记本被摔坏，可courier post能1个月摔坏我2台。都是courier post.
还拒绝索赔。说我们包装得不符合他们的标准。这个视频告诉了我们为什么会坏。。。。。。

一天280 做居民的 business 的区赚的更多一件parcel pick up 大约5毛左右

从来都不用。邻居的签收快递直接扔门口，门都不敲，扔地上就走。毫无服务可言。还得我给邻居送去。。。。
