面包有gluten free的卖，但面条，包子，饺子呢？是不是就代表一辈子也不能吃了？这不是好可怜

只能自己做啦。。。。

我家孩子牛奶和蛋制品过敏，很多超市那些蛋糕啊饼干啊都不能吃，自己生日蛋糕都吃不了呢。

洋人的素食咖啡厅，叫blue bird，里面品种很多，有很多egg free, gluten free, honey free, milk free。。。。去看看吧

hopefully as the baby grows up he/she will grow out of it. but yeah there's a gluten free food section at the supermarkets, you can always check it out. or go online and look for recipes that's gluten free. Lots of food can be made without gluten. :-)
