搬过来KARAKA这边有一段日子了，这边环境不错，周围也有学校，出入也方便，就是买东西不方便，差一个购物中心或者商业中心吧。请问一下各位，有谁知道这边在未来几年会不会建购物中心或者超市？

我住karaka lakes, 据说这里以后会建一个购物中心，但由于地现在属于coucil，不知具体时间会建成。

The Hingaia Peninsula Plan change includes a 15 hectare Mixed Use zone across Hingaia Road from Karaka Lakes. This zone provides for supermarket and many retail, service and entertainment amenities including cafes, restaurants and movie theatres. It is anticipated that commercial space ideal for boutique offices and medical centres will also be available. This land is not owned by Karaka Lakes and therefore the likely commencent date is not known.

对karaka这一带真是矛盾
