Just be yourself, simple. Use STAR technique to answer questions. If in doubt, you can always do some mock interviews at the university careers center.

No, not in big 4, not interested in Big 4, never applied for big 4 and never will apply for big 4. However the interview process is largely the same for most of these graduate jobs.
