noon at 12 Chicken Breasts or steak with green veggies and 1 cup of rice
3PM afternoon tea Tuna or Salmon can
5PM 30 mins before Gym one banana + coffee +Protein shake
6:30 PM after Gym protein Shake
GO HOME Eat big portion of Meal Chicken Breast, Steaks with plenty veggies (no rice at night)
9PM Cottage cheese 1 hour before bed
