不管什么形式的收税只能提高房价，政府说过控制房价，但是没说是往哪个方向控制

英式政治，官员说了等于没有说，装忙碌但是什么政绩也没有。还是等国际金融危机到来，全球经济房价大调整吧

我知道是做样子，国内不是也这样么，只不过老外没有语言艺术。。。加个过快，对买卖双方都能交代过去了，对开发商你看我没说不让你涨，对买房的你看我已经出政策防止过快涨了。
