子女帮助父母填写移民申请，需要在声明部分（section Q）勾选和签字吗？

1207上是这么说的：
anybody assisting you with the application must understand and sign the Declaration by person assisting the applicant in the Parent Category Application (INZ 1207) and the section entitled Declaration by person assisting the applicant in making these changes in your original Parent Category Expression of Interest Form (INZ 1202).

INZ 1207不就是一份guide吗？这个是不需要签字的吧，只需要在INZ 1202的相关部分签字吧

的确是你帮父母填的申请表，需要在声明部分勾选和签证
