等了一个多月了， ccc还是没信，中介说房主去旅游了。。。。他们也查不了进展，我在网上看，一般20个工作日不就能下来么。。都六周了还是没信啊。。

有时候需要补材料，那就得等房主回来处理了，不过你可以自己打给council问啊

怎么查呢。。。。求查询方式。。。之前有个朋友买了没有ccc的新房，然后ccc就一直下不了，中介也不退钱，我不会这么倒霉吧。。

我有一套房子还没上市就买了，现在还没交割呢~~~~~一年了！！！！

那你要求中介退钱了吗，当时拍房子的时候，auction结束它才说ccc没有下来，是在barfoot ，我觉得是不是不靠谱，好像可以找卖家理赔

打给council啊，就说你想要follow up on a ccc status. Then she will ask u building consent number, if u don't have it, just tell her u don't have it on ur hand but give her address. Then she'll tell u whether it's approved or on hold and what's the reason on hold. U can ask her to send u an email of reasons on hold. 大概就是这样啦

按照正常来说，没有ccc的房子是不能上市买卖的，是没有正式通过检验的。哎。。。现在的中介
