不明白,难民到了NZ之后怎么办?
他们的吃喝住行怎么办呢? 他们自己掏钱,还是政府给他们全免费?

The 42 Syrian refugees that have asked to leave Uruguay after 11 months in the South American nation could be in for a long wait.
The government said late yesterday that it has no control over the immigration policies of other countries and urged them to return to their assigned homes.
As hundreds of thousands of Syrians refugees struggle to get into Europe, the five Syrian families in Uruguay have camped in front of President Tabare Vazquez’s office on Independence Square in Montevideo since Monday to demand travel documents and airfare back to the Middle East or Europe. They blame broken promises and the harsh reality of daily life in one of South America’s most prosperous nations for their decision to leave.
“Life is hard here,” Aldees Maher, an unemployed father of four, told reporters through an interpreter Wednesday. “What future do my children have without money, work, and a home?”
Maher, who was sent back to Uruguay after trying to enter Turkey last month, wants to take his family to Lebanon, Turkey or Jordan.
Vazquez told reporters Thursday that Lebanon had informed the government it won’t receive the Syrians.
Uruguay’s struggle to resettle a handful of Syrians illustrates the challenges that other Latin American governments might face as the region takes a more active role in the Middle East refugee crisis. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has invited 20,000 Syrians to his country, which is suffering from double-digit inflation and food shortages. Brazil’s Dilma Rousseff said Monday “our arms will be open to welcome the refugees.”
Uruguay didn’t seem like a natural destination for Syrian refugees when President Jose “Pepe” Mujica, a former left-wing guerrilla who stepped down in March, decided last year to take in 12 families from refugee camps in Lebanon. The country of 3.3 million people didn’t have a single mosque when the Syrians arrived.
