i used this company for broadband for about 2 years, now i changed to another service providers, to my horrow, they asked me to return their modem etc which i did, and invoiced me for modem box which i can no longer find.

They are rude and terrible to deal with. would never use this kind of company!!!. you will find out when you choose to leave, they will make your life difficult.

Update : They now decided to waive the box fee ( $ 5.00) and willing to close my account after I told them, I will lodge complaint with commerce commission.

我也用过这个公司，觉得一般，不如我现在这个公司。。。听说vodafone是自己单独的线。。

that's BS. I have never heard of a company that would ask for the modern back. that's just being cheap
