CONTEXT & PURPOSE:
AssistHomestay Manager and the marketing team in establishing, maintaining andmanaging homestay database, ensuring every international student the companyserves is placed with an appropriate, safe and code-compliant homestay family,determining service standards, contributing to rate setting and ensuringcustomer satisfaction.
KEY FUNTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
| To Student | Collect, compile and sort the detailed information of individual long-term students and short-term visiting groups;
Maintain students’ files with up to date information and special requirements; |
To Homestay | Contribute to exploring new methods to approach and recruit new homestays;
Maintaining and keeping up-to-date records of existing homestay database, including regular communications via telephone and email;
Assist in Matching and well-placing students in quality homestays, and that students are satisfied with the outcome and are able to explore NZ in a safe and friendly manner;
Contribute to determining homestay fee standard according to the quality of individual host family. |
Relationship | Liaise with internal team workers, and report concerns to management team;
Submit duty report to manager weekly |
