No matter what it will be, the baby is still your own baby with your DNA.
Baby doesn't want to have anything goes wrong on itself, but it is what the parent given.
I do think you should take extra care and love to it, as you owe the baby.
I had the same experience when I was pregnant with my son. My husband was very strong, he said no matter what we would still want our baby and always love him. Guess what? He was perfectly ok and we were so excited to see him when he was born.
Ultrasound scan is not always correct and I remember that the doctor said to me he was so sure (>85% chance) that my baby had that problem.
Have a 4D scan done when you are 6 months pregnant, that one will give you a better idea.
