如题，有人买过这种房子吗？是有什么限制吗？这个价钱太不正常了。谢谢。

多数是度假用的，应该没有什么限制的吧？

这其实就是卖这个房子，地是不包括在内的，地是属于这个Holiday Park,你要付地的租金，有的Holiday Park的租金按人头收，包括了水电在内。
