这些天在网上看南岛的房子，发现达尼丁这个城市几栋百年前的老房子，很是典雅大气，但价格怎么这么贵，老房子质量就是好么？还是怎么地？政府估价都150万以上。

低于政府估价，不过住这种老房子要胆大的，感觉有点阴森森，看陈设像国人的房子。这种房子开旅馆和适，人多阳气重，一两个人住比较吓人，价格不贵的比起奥克兰。

earth quake strengthening test, is a must.
Council might have asked the current owner to strengthen the building as a lot of these building were not build to withhold earthquake movement.
