计划让孩子入读Mount Albert Grammar School，看到学校要求提供以下校区内居住证明材料，所以想问，租的房子一定需要是独立整租，自己付水电费的那种么？银行的账单行么？

1)Evidence of residential address e.g.. phone, rates, power, tenancy agreement etc. This must be dated within the previous four (4) weeks

2)Signed Justice of the Peace Declaration form [ Justice of the Peace - Declaration Form ] In-zone applicants are required to fill out and sign the above form in front of a JP (or solicitor) to confirm their in-zone status.

不需要整租，tenancy agreement 和房东写个信证明租金已包含水费、电费，估计（!!!）会被接受。

银行单也是有效证据，找你的开户行，改一下地址，马上打一份，下个月再出一份，就可以了。

重要的是你和小孩是真实居住在校区内。你要填一份声明书，要在 JP 面前声明和签字，这是有法律责任的。
