应该五个工作日这样吧..你看看你地驾照上的地址有没有错...
我唯一一次被警察叔叔查驾照是刚考到leaner的第二天...

我记得是独子开车learner是100 25分

晚上10点后还是11点后
restrict 是100 35分

什么情况下会罚400？请各位给俺普及一下知识。。。

罚400是啥情况啊？
如果learner 晚上10点以后一个人不知道罚多少？200 扣60分？
不过罚400是不是还有别的事情。。。

国内转nz驾照考完理论拿到的就是full license，不是learner，不是learner，不是learner。。说三遍。。
首先看给你的临时驾照，是1F，而不是1L.
等过几天拿到卡片再开，过期下面没有“learner”标志，而且驾照的水印就是full driving license

认为考完理论就是learner的人也是道听途说的吧，这些说法就像stop必须挺3秒一样，估计都是教练为了让学院记住印象深刻突出了重点，同时也混淆了概念吧。。

但虽然是full，可他妈的有个condition，结果就跟learner差不多了，最主要的区别就是不用贴L标志。。

That licence has special condition that the driver must drive under supervision.

我也是第一次听说

查了一下，确实比较搞笑

其实简单的理解就是LZ女朋友虽然完成了笔试，当时要拿到真正的全驾照还要去参加路考。

在没有参加路考前，会给个临时的驾照美其名曰full lisence with supervisor condition

其实连restricted都不如，restricted起码在大部分的时间还能自己开车
