What is traffic compliance and how do I get it?

If you are stopped for certain offences, such as vehicle defects or licence issues, you may be offered traffic compliance. This allows you a certain amount of time to fix the problem rather than pay a fine or be prosecuted. You cannot use a defective vehicle in the meantime.

You must prove to Police that you have fixed the problem within the time allowed, for example by showing a receipt for new tyres or for a warrant of fitness.

Send evidence of compliance, with the infringement notice number, to the Police Infringement Bureau.

我以前是restricted晚上十點過後被抓可能我已經超過25歲駕齡也超過兩年警察當時有跟我說一個月內考到FULL可以註銷罰單
如果兩周內考到的話就連同罰單拿去警察局問問吧
