车子停在路边，对方不小心从driveway左转出主路的时候刮蹭到我的车，我的保险是第三方+偷盗，小纸条留了姓名和电话！我该咋办？

但是具体解决步骤是怎样？联系ta的保险公司然后去车厂修？

联系对方，然后看对方意思呗~~

如果留了电话能联系到对方，主动权在你身上了~~
