Does anyone know how much commission a real estate agent earns for selling a house?

每間公司的 rate 都不一樣
如果給賣家折扣，還會更低
如果是別人的 listing 會再低一些
而且還跟房子賣價有關
別以為 agent 的錢好賺，有苦妳不知

it depends, normally the commission rate is around 2%-4%.

Haha.....it's never been easier to be a real estate agent. Most people find the house they want online, agents just had to open the door.

Just complete a level 5 Real Estate certificate course from unitec, for a few thousand and you get the license.

Plus....with the average house selling for a million, even with 2%, it's much better than your average job.

是的，收入非常高，比其他工作收入高多了，又没成本，又不需要学历，又不需要知识
