Sick leave pay is not a fixed rate. It varies depends on you previous a couple of months average income. It means you get more pay for sick leave if you do more overtime. If you have regular fixed weekly income then your sick leave pay will be the same. No matter the hours you are supposed to do on your sick day you will be paid for 8 hours ordinarily.
For public holiday, you should get triple pay if you are casual, or double or time and half pay plus a lieu day if you are permanent, depends on your agreement, or normal rate 8 hours pay if you are permanent but don't work on the day.
