stratum in freehold -- freehold unit title, with body corporate， no rent for the land
stratum in leasehold;--leasehold unit title, with body corporate and rent for the land
crosslease(fee simple) - fee simple crosslease, no body corporate and no rent for the land
crosslease(leasehold) - leasehold crosslease, no body corporate but with rent for the land
