阿丹的意思是如果kiwi在澳洲没有domestic fee, 那么澳洲公民在NZ也不能有免费待遇
如果有就都有如果没有就都没有
这是个明显的进步！

所以这个政策是合理的

问题在于，澳洲已经开始付诸实践，而新西兰只停留在口头喊喊，怎么破？
