no way to do that.
one day a few years ago,I did that in my back yard,
a helicopter came first in the sky and then council people arrived later,
gave me a warning,let me destroyed the fire.

不知道楼主解决了没有。
各地应该都有wastemanagement 回收各种垃圾的地方
这种greenwaste会比日常的垃圾便宜一点点，我一个正常trailer的树枝/叶，大概付了60多块钱。
他们是按重量收费。
焚烧应该还是有隐患的。。。
