四天前买到了快过期商品，未开封拿去退。pets**ck白人女店员用非常奇怪态度说：如果你想要好的服务，那你应该别的店付更多的钱购买。？？？黑人问号脸

请问遇到这种情况应该怎么去complain？

快过期，就是说没过期，而且是你自己买了后悔，人家有必要给你退款么？

另外那个什么wai的你是杠精吧，楼主正价买到快过期的去退不是很正常么？一会扯什么店家没理由退货，一会扯什么去别家买快过期的去顶替没过期的，楼主这么做了么？

所以没退是吧。他们的refund policy是什么？一般来说改变主意是不可以退的，但你的情况应该是可以至少换的。

他们店有email没，写个email过去，说你有权利退/换货，但是店员说这些话拒绝你。看他接下来怎样说先。

别一上来就往racism面拉，公事公办最重要。

refund 需要理由吗？没拆没用符合退货周期以内就好了。
