Job Description

· Assistant Manager, Empire Columbia Princeton Apartments, University Precinct

· Candidate must speak English, and Chinese, or Korean, or Japanese

· Front desk hospitality management – recruitment and servicing of tenants

· Sales or hospitality experience – strong people skills a plus.

· Build customer relations and the ability to provide helpful service to guests

· Diplomatic to all tenants' requests, rental collection, etc

Requirements:

1. Strong sales and people skills, friendly and good communications

2. Graduates (Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology)

3. Sales background a plus – training offered to motivated candidates

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other software

5. Fluent in English, and Chinese, or Korean, or Japanese

6. Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
