About Impression Real Estate
Impression Real Estate is a multi award-winning full-service apartment specialist offering apartment building and property management as well as sales.
The significant touch-points across the three business units mean Impression probably has the largest buyer database in the industry. From an apartment sales perspective, this means you’ll always have a large captive pool of management clients who want to add to their portfolios.
Impression Sales is based out of Impression’s Federal Street, CBD office.
About The Role
A significant opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, licensed real estate agent to get in at ground-level and really build a business for themselves.
The role - like any Real Estate Agent role - is pure acquisition, to find opportunities to sell apartments and to work with Vendors to help them fully realise the value in their apartment assets.
Unlike any Real Estate Agent role however:
- You’ll have a significant buyer database to work-off
- You’ll be one of only three agents at the moment covering the entire Auckland apartment so the sky's the limit
- We pay very generous, flat commission so no sliding scales or minimums; you'd get paid the top-rate from sale #1.
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to have (or about to finish) your New Zealand Real Estate Agent’s licence to work for us and be eligible of course to work in New Zealand. Other than that we are very open to anyone with a burning desire to make a name for themselves!
